Download files

After your purchase, you’ll see a view of your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. To the right in Account click Downloads. Confirmation might take a few minutes. We’ll also send you a download notification email.  If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

The embroidery machine files are compressed in a ZIP file that must be extracted. To extract the machine files, click the right mouse button over the ZIP file and select the WINZIP option and click "EXTRACT TO HERE" in the menu will appear.

If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. To extract designs from the ZIP file that you downloaded after purchase, you will need a program for unzipping.

Before embroidery

Always make a test before sewing on the final material. Please use a stabilizer, to make better quality embroidery. The end result depends on your machine setup, the fabric, thread quality, and tension.
